I remember reading letters from other clients stating how very satisfied they were with your work, and thinking, wow, there are a lot of referrals here. Well I can see why. It all started with our first appointment, and Mark coming to our house and being very polite, but not pushy. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, and he did it. The workers were all very pleasant and they seemed to have a system and they stuck to it. The workmanship was great and, Mark was right, even though our lawn was very dry, it recovered very well.

I just wanted to let you know about the excellent job your technician, Manny, did on the repairs to our irrigation system this week. I set the appointment to be home when he arrived, but had a medical emergency and had to leave before he arrived. I left the back door to the garage open so he could access the controls and just hoped he would understand. When I returned home in the afternoon, all the repairs were completed, the old parts were by the front door and everything was immaculately cleaned up and the repair confirmation sheet was in the front door. Even the mulch in the garden was put back!
Thank you so much for the great service, Manny. You are an asset to your company and you treat your customers like you would want to be treated yourself. I appreciated your initiative in going ahead with the repairs even though I was not at home as promised.

Dear Mark,
We want to say “Thank You” to you and your team for making this process go rather smoothly. From the time you came out to the house for proposal to the point of installation, it almost went without any problem. The one issue we did have was resolved quickly.
During the install, Elmer and his crew did an extremely efficient job. It is Very Apparent that they take pride in the work they do. Since our lawn was already establish we were worried that once the system was installed there was going to be major repair work to be done. We ere we wrong! From the time Elmer and his crew arrived (9 a.m.), Elmer set our minds at ease as to what to expect and then when the job was completed (9 p.m.) there were only very minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Neighbors are saying that they cannot even tell we had a sprinkler system installed.
Mark, thank you for making yourself readily available and the follow-up calls to answer our questions when we were going through the decision making process.
We have no problem recommending Advanced Irrigation Systems to anyone – Personable Owners & staff, Good Pricing and Very Timely with Appointments.
